Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
● The item is in brand-new, unused condition.
● The item remains in its original packaging.
● The item has not been installed, modified, or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

● Custom-order or special-order parts
● Installed or used products
● Clearance or final sale items

OEM and Aftermarket Parts
We offer both OEM and aftermarket parts to meet your needs. Please verify product compatibility before installation, as customers are responsible for confirming vehicle fitment.
Return Authorization
To ensure a smooth process, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization before shipping any product back. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unauthorized returns.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Restocking Fees
Please be aware that certain items may be subject to a restocking fee in accordance with our supplier policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details so we can make it right.
